AUVYRN is driven by our current IP and desire to contribute to the Sovereign Agenda. Our clients are Defence, and collaborating with Defense/ITAR partners and Tech Industry. We are currently engaging in several contracts with plans to grow our business sectors and client base beyond specialised military domains.

INVESTOR EQUITYAUVYRN is seeking strategic alliance investors for early operational requirements, venue purchases, construction finance, to enforce financial stability as outlined above.
Initially AUVYRN work venues will be located in regional Australia: Northern NSW and then SE Qld.
In addition to operational support, these venues will give AUVYRN both a presence and an equitable foundation to establish business cash flow and expand. They will provide our customers with staging logistics venues as well as profile branding leading up to the IPO.
We currently have several Defence contract engagements in place.
AUVYRN's growth goal is to exceed $50M representing physical equity, operational investments, militarycontracts innovative business sectors that science is presenting for the future of in other sectors ~ before going to an IPO. Early investor entities will have first options to extend their venture.

AUVYRN CEO Katherine I Carleton is an inspired and excited Founder with over 20 years in Defence, commercial property and Quantum' technologies, ready to guide innovation through tech expertise and leadership projects across diverse industries.
Her early years in Silicon Valley, and advanced placement as a teen into UC Santa Barbara, then moving to Hawaii and Australia , she has always had a deep sense of purpose, curiosity about the nature of mathematics, accountability for actions and choices, and gratitude for always living in beautiful places. Katherine's strong values of integrity and drive to contribute are carried into her professional life.
